Our typical one bedroom loft comes with a queen or king size bed in the bedroom and a queen bed, queen convertable sofa, double size futon or trundle bed (2 twins) in the main room. There is queen bed and usually a set of bunk beds up in the loft. The downstairs bath has a spa-tub. Kitchens are fully equiped. All rooms have phones. Most have VCRs. Units are individually owned and the fixtures, amenities, and decor vary with the taste of owner.
