Our typical studio loft comes with a set of bunk beds just inside the entry, and a queen bed, queen convertable sofa, double size futon or trundle bed (2 twins) near the fireplace. There is a queen bed in the loft. Kitchens are fully equiped. All rooms have phones. Most have VCRs. Units are individually owned and the fixtures, amenities, and decor vary with the taste of owner.
