Holidays are Christmas (December 19th 2009 through January 3rd 2010) and
President's Day (February 12th, 13th & 14th, 2010).

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations require a bank card (Visa, MC, Am Ex, or Discover).
Reservations may be "pre-authorized" up to 21 days before arrival.
The cancellation deadline for non holiday reservations is 24 hours before the 4:00 pm check-in time.
The cancellation deadline for holiday reservations is 72 hours (3 days) before the 4:00 pm check-in time,
except that for reservations for more than one room and/or for four or more nights, the first
night may be charged up to three weeks before check-in and is non-refundable.
For cancellations after the above deadlines, a $25 cancellation fee plus the full amount of the
scheduled stay will be charged less any nights we are able to re-sell. For no-shows, the full
amount of the scheduled stay will be charged
Full payment is due at the cancellation deadline and may be charged unless other arrangements are made.
