Winter Rates apply November 9th, 2007 through April 14th, 2008, except holidays.
Holidays are Christmas (December 21st 2007 through January 5th 2008) and
President's Day (February 15th, 16th & 17th, 2008).

Summer Rates apply after April 15th 2008.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations require a bank card (Visa, MC, Am Ex, or Discover).
Reservations may be "pre-authorized" up to 21 days before arrival.
The cancellation deadline for non holiday reservations is 24 hours before the 4:00 pm check-in time.
The cancellation deadline for holiday reservations is 72 hours (3 days) before the 4:00 pm check-in time,
except that for reservations for more than one room and for four or more nights, the first
night is due three weeks before check-in and is non-refundable.
For no-shows and cancellations after the above deadlines, a $25 cancellation fee plus the full amount of the scheduled stay will be charged less any nights we are able to re-sell the reserved condo.
Payment in full is due at the cancellation deadline and may be charged unless other arrangements are made.
