Our typical one bedroom comes with a queen or king size bed in the bedroom and a queen bed, queen convertable sofa, double size futon or trundle bed (2 twins) in the main room. Kitchens are fully equiped. All rooms have phones. Most have VCRs. Units are individually owned and the fixtures, amenities, and decor vary with the taste of owner.

Brian Head, Utah is located at 9,600 feet above sea level and is the base for one of Utah's great family ski and snowboard resorts. The area is also excellent for snowmobiling. In the Summer and Fall the surrounding mountains and forests offer some of the finest mountain biking trails in America. Brian Head offers many hotel and condo accommodations and is a great base for exploration of the surrounding national parks and monuments. Cedar Breaks national monument is just minutes away. Zion National Park, Bryce National Park and the new Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument are each within 60 minutes of Brian Head, Utah. Surrounding communities are Cedar City, St. George, Kanab and Panguitch.

Cedar Breaks National Monument is a huge natural amphitheater that has been eroded out of the variegated Pink Cliffs (Claron Formation) near Cedar City, Utah. Millions of years of sedimentation, uplift and erosion have created a deep canyon of rock walls, fins, spires and columns, that spans some three miles, and is over 2,000 feet deep. The rim of the canyon is over 10,000 feet above sea level, and is forested with islands of Englemann spruce, subalpine fir and aspen; separated by broad meadows of brilliant summertime wild flowers.
